I got logged out when i compossed the thread and when i tried to post it, the program asked me to log in. I logged in under a new tab so I didnt lose all of my post and then submitted it under the other tab (mozilla). Maybe I created to much confusion doing it that way...

Can anybody explain why I can see my images after I put them in the thread and after saving and logging out and then return to my thread the images are gone. I added these image files several times according to the instructions using the insert image and then pasting the url from my gallery. I am confused

is your gallery allowing links, forums, blogs? if not, you see it because it's in your pc cache. Once you clear your cookies, it's not there. good place to start.
Wew working up a sweat here. I had the "easy sharing" set to yes, but the "external links" was set to no. Changed it to yes and now it looks like my images are there.

i have read somewhere
in these situations meter bright areas and fire flash
And welcome to the forum i hope you post more photos
Thanks for the tip Awais. I am a rokkie and I am slowly builiding up confidence to switch my camera over to av, tv or manual mode instead of auto modes like sport, which is what i used here. Learning how to think about exposure and where to meter for what is going to take alot of practice, but the good news is that i love doing it so it shouldn't be to much of a chore
Thanks again Awais. I'll keep your tip in mind for next time...
