Hi folks.......had a chance to try my Macro setup on some flowers yesterday, I am just thrilled with the results I'm getting.

Photo taken with Canon 20D, Tamron Tele Converter, Kenko 33mm Ext Tube, Canon 100mm Macro Lens, Canon 580 External Flash with a Diffuser.

Hand held ....... Enjoy :D

beautiful shot...focus and depth of field are pleasing.

question: would you consider photoshopping to add a few crown spires missing from the far side? Interested in everyone's opinion about this too.

Yeah this flower was right on the side of a busy walkway, so it would have been knocked about a lot, I was mainly interested to see how this lens combination worked as I am still testing it out.

Wish they would make the screens on the backs of our camera easier to view in bright outdoor light, it's hard to get an idea of how your going.

I will make sure I take note of imperfections in the future.
Thank you for your comment......... Skippy (Australia)

Hopefully I have a couple more good flower shots, when I get time to view them........ work commitments still have me distracted.

    Thank you Awais.

    Hi Doug,
I would keep it natural. Sometimes nature is best left untouched. 1drink.gif

    Great job Skippy,
Love the color combo. I should get out more with my Macro lens too.
