Bought them here earlier this summer, fantastic but a bit too much for me.

    The "how to" is hosted on Gary Fong's web site. Its rather easy, but the video has some tips involved as to when to use bounch vs direct.

    I cannot imagine anyone not loving these.

    just giving you a bump,

    I have this and I love the thing.... I have the P3 version which you are selling for my Sigma EF-500 Super flash so it fits that one also, its a pain to get on, but its does fit.
