photoshop plastic wrap filter

I consider, in my own limited use of, Photoshop's effects filters mostly just fun. But I ran across an interesting application of the Plastic Wrap:

Hi Doug........ I've messed around with this filter too, its quite interesting the way it works isn't it.... doesn't suite everything but hey thats the fun of learning, I tried it on a couple of bug shots.
