    Nice shots. I happen to like #1 (uncropped) better. I get a better idea of what I'm looking at, and I just find the top curled petal very graceful. I like the white flower against the grey background too.

    Neat idea, the (stamens??) are a nice contrast to the underlying white petals. I'd like to see a little more detail in the petals, perhaps a little more DOF and a little less exposure to get those whites.
