Hey all,
How's it going? Haven't posted in a while, busy, busy, busy. Thought I'd stop in to say hi and post a few images. Couple of these were with my new camera, a Canon 1dMkII-N - what a wonderful camera! 8.5fps WOW! and the autofocus speed is amazing.

Hi

Steve, we've missed you and your fabulous shots here. Glad to see you back. These shots are all excellent, you really like your Grebes don't you? Are the White faced Ibis migrating or something because I have seen a few of them posted recently and before that I can't ever remember seeing them on the forums. You did your new camera proud with these shots.

Thanks Nick. Yep the Ibis are migrating south. They do breed in our area and start heading out around Mid August, though we will probably have a few staying around through mid September.

First you blacken my eye with the 500mm f/4. Now you smash my nose with a new 1D MKII N. You are a bassturd Steve. :D Congrats on the new cam. I'm jealous. Hope to get the next upgrade for that model in the future. Nice series of shots and good to see you around, stranger.

    Cheers
