Strange things - yesterday I used "route taxi" (usualy I drive my car). This is a
very small so to say bus (for 12-14 passengers) plying between two points, takin passengers on board and stoppin where they want...
The thing is that w\hen you get there, you meet other unknown to you passengers :-)
So...
I stopped such a taxi, got into it, sat and... find myself near ... a girl with beautiful blue eyes!
At first stealing a look, after ~ 4 stops I couldnt stand it and asked her...
Yes, I think you know what I said.
BTW she has peach-like face skin.
To my surprize she agreed, because she 'was thinking about a portrait'...
So I made ~ 40 files (RAW)...
Maybe you're tired of posprocessed photos, like this one

So I decided to put here some minimum PP'ed photos:

Hope, you like the results of such an unexpected session...

I love the first shot, Yuri. I think not only do you do an outstanding job of photographing your subjects, but you have an eye for those who photograph well! Very lovely girl and you did a nice job on her!

    Yuri,

Your portraits are so good. Do you ever charge for your portrait work? If not, why?

    #1 and #3 are lovely.
2 and 4 are underexposed IMO, and so need that bit of extra "Yuri-love" in post processing :D

Yuri, he is asking if you take money for the photographs. To "charge for" something means to place a monetary, payable value.

I too like the first photo most.

No, I'm not a pro and shining eyes of my 'models' when I present them printed 30x45 cm photos - the best reward for me (sometimes they realy even dont say 'thank you', cause they're spechless...)

    Yuri, your photos are georgeous!

I don't know what you do for work, but I am thinking you might want to consider going semi-pro (keeping your day job, the one that pays the bills) and start photographing for compensation (money). I think you might quickly find that you no longer need to keep your day job.

Then again, I know some people who were very good at something they enjoyed, quit their day job to make money doing what they enjoyed and found they no longer took pleasure in what was, at one time, fun.

Just my un-asked for advise. But, I love your photography and the growth in your work.
