Mirror Canon Rebel XT
I have a little black dot looking through my view finder. Does not effect photos. It's not my lenses. I cleaned the mirro with cleaning kit. Maybe not to good but still their. Any help would be nice, what is my next step. I have a Canon Rebel XT.:dunno

Try to ignore it - it is harmless and has zero effect on your images. If you feel you can't tolerate looking at it, try blowing it off the screen with a bulb blower or a lens brush.

Look up under the pentaprism housing, and the white, lined area is the focusing screen. It is not removeable on a 20D according to the factory. That is where the dust you see in the viewfinder is hiding. Use a rocket blower or a lens brush or a sensor brush to carefully clean the screen. Do not be to obseessive about cleaning it. Just get it back to tolerable to look through and you are done.
