Smugmug Help E-mail

I sent an e-mail to the help desk around 5:00pm Pacific last night and have not yet received a response (atypical of my previous experiences). The e-mail had a question about a renewal. Could one of you help gurus confirm it has been recieved?

    John just got back to me. Sounds like he was on top of the problem. He just forgot to shoot me an e-mail to let me know it was going to take some time for the engineers to resolve.
