The Stepford Wives

I saw these mannequins at a display window in a shop in Switzerland. Their cold expressions reminded me of the characters in the book, THE STEPFORD WIVES, in which the small Conneticut town of Stepford, all of the wives are too beautiful, too happy and too good to be true----just like mannequins.

    I love the depth of this photo
    The reflection is great along with the composition. What really strikes me is how clean/pure/fine the shot is. Very nice. Looks like "L" glass to me.

    I really like this shot as well, I like the DOF, the reflection, the idea/story to the shot. I might suggest cropping off the sky - I find it slightly distracting, so wonder what the photo might look like without it.

    That is a realy nice shot Michal, has you wondering which part of the image is the reflection doesn't it, nice and sharp too.
