These were taken in the 10 feet range, this guy did not mind me at all getting close to him.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
Thanks Harry

Yes, I was surprised thar he was going to take off on me as soon as I got close to him, and nothing, pushed going forward, and this was the limit for him, no closer.
Thanks for the kind words.

I agree with you about luck, this is the second time that I was able to get close in the park that I go to, I was lucky with another one of these guys to get close as well, and funny the same distance as well.
Thanks for your comments on these images
Cheers!

Hello Scott, thanks for the kind words on these images, and as I mentioned this is the second time that a GBH has let me get close to them, I was at the same distance on another one, and I don't know if they are used to the people in the park that don't get them so alarmed.
But then I have seen them from a distance and as soon as you get close they are gone, so it's all luck to get close I guess.
Thanks again for the nice comments.
Best regards.
