the now traditional caracara on the powerline shot.

    Loved them all, but the 'bad feather day' shot is comical. Not much neck to hold that big head though :oogle .

    The next time you take a photo of a perfectly good power line can you through a rock at that stinkin' bird first -he's ruining the shot! :D

    In all seriousness I really like your style of photography -the compositions are excellent! I also appreciate how difficult it is to expose for white feathers -but you make it look easy clap.gif

    Thanks for stopping by. I got the KF all on my own. It may take awhile but if the bird is there I'm going to get him sooner or later. With the kingfisher it just happened to be later. biggrinbounce2.gif

    Thanks very much. It took lots of shots and a few workshops to learn how to correctly nail those exposures.

    Awesome shots! When I saw the post I thought you were out and about again. I hope you got your walking papers today!

    I like them all, especially the bad feather day, and I like the arching stem framing the little blue heron.
    Wonderful set! As usual.
