Our next door neighbor's dog...a most beautiful Siberian Husky (my favorite). She sat so pretty for the shoot. I purchased a new 50mm 1.8 (Canon) and now I have control over depth of field (YAY). Must have taken 75 shots of her. Here's one:

Gotta love those eyes.
Now...I'm going to have to post a shot of the German Shorthaired Pointer pup that we went to Maine to pick up! He is very cute with great markings.

She's getting a little older and has less puppy frenzy stages now that she's two. Trying to get her to sit still last year was...impossible. The owner has her groomed every 6 weeks on the button. I'm going to enlarge and frame it for them...they don't know it yet...ha!

I just got that same lens yesturday with a new flash.....I was so excitied!!!
I slapped both on my camera and began chasing my son around to try and take his photo......he was not too happy about moms new toys!!
What a nice thing to do....I bet they will it!!
