Deleting Albums/categories ect ?

Hello everyone,
I am trying to delete a category and can not find anyway to do it, so I deleted the category name thru control panel/categories, BUT it just moved them the a "Other" cateory and thats NOT what I wanted. Why is there not a DELETE Button option?, seems it would be alot easier. If there is such an option or way to easily delete categories/subs/photos then please point me in the right direction cause I dont see it.:dunno

    You said you wanted to delete a category, did you mean a gallery? If so, check out the help pages here: http://www.smugmug.com/help/online-photo-galleries

    [from the help pages]
    1: Login, if you haven't already.
    2: Navigate to the gallery you want to delete.
    3: Choose delete gallery from the gallery tools pull-down menu.

    To delete the categories & sub cats, go to the control panel.
