Street Photography, first experience with Digital B&W

I always thought Black and White was best left to film. I must say I am pretty impressed with the B&W mode on my new camera. I honestly can say that I don't think I could do better with a roll of Tri-X.

    I too like the first
    All are neat. B&W is really cool. I agree, much better than tri-x. What is quite nice is the ability to do the digital darkroom with them...can play with them 6 ways till Sunday to get that "right" look. The first one seems a bit OOF to me? Love the light and setting.

    I like the shot of the open sign. I have to be honest though I never shoot in B&W, always color then convert...gives me more options.

    Hello, this is my first post here. I just had to say I love the second one! The contrast is fantastic. I'd like to see more neon signs, they have a nice effect in B&W.
