Sub-categories not loading?

Hi,

I have been trying to update my gallery keywords and got stuck here. This gallery (http://www.cameronlaird.com/gallery/1299676) was a gallery in the subcategory "News Photos" but has somehow jumped into oblivion and I can't get it back. When I try and go into the customize option in the gallery it lists Galleries as my category (which is right) but won't load the sub categories. Any idea???
