Hopefully this also means that CS3 with an LR-like Bridge and RSEimproved ACR will come out soon:-) :wink

Oh man, I was not planning on upgrading, now you toss this into the mix. Guess it's time to hit the CC... Again. Anyone know if the new version will be able to handle 16bit files better. PSE4 pretty much just lets you open the file and sits there saying "yep it's a 16 bit file, if you want to do anything other than admire it convert to 8 bit."

can channel mixing be done, for processing infra-red photos?
And most of all will this run on a MAC

According to Amazon the release date is now Sept 29th.

I do not see the features you mention listed, which does not mean they are not there. http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshopelwin/overview2.html

At this time all they are releasing is the PC version.
