How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Thanks Chris. Sam's situation makes mine look real minor.

You know Harry, I liked you a lot better back in 2002 and 2003 when you were shooting with Andy in NYC. I could look at your photos then and think, “I could do that too if I was there”, and then your early Florida shots, while nice, and entertaining, weren’t all that spectacular. But now, now I look at your photos and I feel humbled.

Ah, the good ole STF days. I keep my old pbase galleries around so I can view them every once in a while. It keeps me humble. I look at my early Florida shots and cringe. :puke

Fortunately I got a chance to do Ron Reznick's workshop. That was the real turning point for my photographic growth.

Beautiful shots, one might think you were putting together your own field guide!

Thanks Stephie. I appreciate you taking the time to comment.

I actually like this Snowy Egret the best, nice clarity over the entire bird and just the right speed for some stop-action of the foot coming out of the water. :)

The snowy was my favorite too. It just grabbed my attention whne I first aw it on my monitior.
