La Tour Tower, Victoria Street Beach, Laguna

The 60 foot concrete tower was built in 1926 and provides a spiraling staircase to the beach from the cliffs above.

Note: I discovered this tower while browsing books in the "Local Interest" section at Barnes & Noble. It's just a few miles from my house at a very secluded, public beach.
