Well first off let me say the lighting really sucked. The new stadium has a roof that allows the light to shine through. This means on a partially cloudy day the lighting changes in just a few seconds.

Here is some that turned out.

Headlight off the same car. If you look closely you can see me and my camera.

Thanks for looking. C & C always welcome.

Two favourites here......... 2nd shot, love the reflection on the back of that mirror, and the last shot, the sepia tonings real make that shot.
All up its a Real Nice series thumb.gif great post Aaron clap.gif

I really like the first and last shots quite a bit. The sepia toning works nicely.

The 2nd and 3rd shots seem slightly dark on my calibrated monitors, but maybe thats just me. If they were brighter, they might be easier to appreciate, especially the convex mirror of the headlight. The seems to be good whites, but the shadow details are not visible. I know that dramatic lighting has strong shadows, but my eye wants to see a little more detail in the images in the shadows.

    Pathfinder-
I don't know why #3 seems dark to you. The tire, engine, and suspension are pretty much the true color. I will play with #2 some more to what happens when I lighten it up. No photoshop so I have to adjust the whole picture and I am afraid the reflection of the stadium roof will become a distraction if I go much lighter. I will play with it and see.

    Thanks,

    Aaron

    These are great captures
That 27 Ford shot is way cool. I like the fact you converted it to B&W...Nice feel. I can see that lighting would be a trick in those conditions. Good job!
