Password to private?

I have created a gallery in a password protected subcategory. I have decided that I want to keep the gallery private for a couple of months then allow access to the same gallery I have it in now.

Is it as simple as going into "customize" and then clicking "private"? (That seems to keep it private from homepage, but I also want to keep it private from those who have the password for that set of galleries.)

OK So it looks like you have the same pw on all three galleries in this category:
http://marieboyer.smugmug.com/Friends/232603

When you make that gallery not public (private) it won't show in the category view to the logged out viewer.

Have TWO browsers, one logged in, one logged out, and try it yourself, it's the BEST way to see this. We LOVE Firefox, it's free from www.mozilla.com
