EZ prints Profiles

I am trying to download EZ Prints Profiles, but not having much luck?

I get this strange screen, full of code....it doesn't seem like this is the profile?

Can someone help me figure out how I can get these profiles.

I'd suggest reading this Smugmug help page. It suggests that you right click on the profile link and choose Save Target As, not click on the link directly.
