Warbler ID Needed

I have a hellova time with pos ID's on Warblers! undecided.gif
Took these this morning.

Can someone help me with this one?
I'm in Upstate NY if that helps at this time of year.

My 1st guess is a Female Yellowthroat??

1st shot is my keeper!!
2nd pic is a crap pic but helps identify it.
