Post Processing for Lab Print

Hi guys,

I am developing a checklist to my post processing and workflow. if you guys want I can share here.

but the question is about post processing for lab print.
Could you guys share with us what do you do with you file (PSD, CR2 or TIFF) before you send to lab.

This will help me to see if I am doing something wrong in my process or not.

Also I am creating a checklist for Post Processing RAW, Post Processing for Web and Print as well.
