I really like the slow s/s approach.....very nice I REALLY like the perspective in the 3rd shot My only question is why did you convert to B&W? Because of the bright sky in the distance?

Wow, great stuff Gary! The 1st is great but I'm partial to the second one - maybe it's the glint off the front rim but it looks great. I bet the rider would buy a poster of that one!

Love #2 especially the glint from the rim. Glad to hear you've printed that one! My husband and I (he's a mechanic) were trying to figure out just what type of machine that is. Very interesting stuff going on on that bike!

It was racing in the vintage race it must be a special Norton probably a Manks built in the 1940's Stu Rogers is a well known vintage racer and is know in the states http://www.mindspring.com/~bigsid/lair.html
I'd crop the dark figure out of the top right if it were me and maybe leave more space in front and less behind. Love the smooth colours and motion though.
3 is good, it would be excellent if you had managed to get the name and lights in a little more....

Canon Rebel XT
Thankyou for looking
Love the 'Busa picture.
I'm amazed at the degree of sharpness for panning at that shutter speed. Those drag bikes move pretty quickly!
And I prefer the B&W version. But I would like to see a smidge more of the numbers on the sign (upper right). I think it gives the image more meaning.
Cheers,
Shaun

I'm allways practising my panning but have just bought a 1D mk1 which helps
