It's my great pleasure to announce that my good friend, longtime Smugger, and Dgrin moderator, and fine photographer, Steve Cavigliano has joined the SmugMug Help team!

I've known Steve personally for many years, and brought him to Dgrin when we started out. Steve knows SmugMug very well as a customer, & Dgrinner and he loves to help people! Steve's got the passion for SmugMug and photography, and photo sharing, which is so important for SmugMug!

    You want a real education about why people buy as they do, the history of focus groups, public relations and government control, check out this incredible documentary from BBC4. Each part is 1 hour, but well worth it. Fascinating stuff.
