It's my great pleasure to announce that my good friend, longtime Smugger, and Dgrin moderator, and fine photographer, Steve Cavigliano has joined the SmugMug Help team!
I've known Steve personally for many years, and brought him to Dgrin when we started out. Steve knows SmugMug very well as a customer, & Dgrinner and he loves to help people! Steve's got the passion for SmugMug and photography, and photo sharing, which is so important for SmugMug!
Please join me in welcoming Steve :clap :clap :clap

Oh wow! Idahoans! Small world, isn't it?!! Well, at some point, you'd best let me know who they are so I don't say anything rude to someone who I do not know and it turns out to be one of your brothers

Congrats Steve. There is no nicer man around these here parts. Some are your equal, but none your better!
You've got just what it takes to smooth ruffled feathers and to lend a helping hand.

And a little bit of fun (the story of SmugMug is one of the chapters in this one).
Y'oughta drop by World Headquarters if'n you get a chance. JT and Lee are both here this week (I know you're headed to Utah soon).
You want a real education about why people buy as they do, the history of focus groups, public relations and government control, check out this incredible documentary from BBC4. Each part is 1 hour, but well worth it. Fascinating stuff.
