Hi,
I have 1mp and 4mp digital download license pricing set at the portfolio level. I just created a new gallery and logged out to check that the pricing applied properly - discovered that only the 4mp license pricing does not show in the drop-down list - all other portfolio level pricing is intact. The occurrance is in the "Transformations" gallery at ChuckSchug.SmugMug. When you have a chance to investigate... thanks. Chuck

    Hi Chuck,

    Not a bug.

is only 3.2 megapixels, so it can't be sold at the 4mpix size. If you priced Original, then you can sell it at 3.2megapixels for "original" size. Or, upload a 4megapixel version, and then you can sell the 4mpix size. Make sense? More here:

Holler if I can help more.

    Thanks
Thanks Andy. Got it. I have some issues to address - obviously it's impractical to price some of the larger sizes when smaller jpg's have been uploaded. Subliminally I knew that, but I'm still unsure of myself as to what the absolute optimum size jpg is to use as an original despite having read the posts and help files. If I'd like to be able to offer quality enlargements up to 16x20 or even a step larger, what is my safe file size upload? A disappointed customer with a return isn't any good for me or Smugmug. Thanks again for the quick responses.

Thank you - I don't know how I missed that page as I poured through the help files. That's the one I needed. Excellent. Much appreciated. Chuck
