Or if that's not available, I prefer pictures with higher noise (high ISO) than gorgeous pictures like this not using their full potential because of the flatness of flash light.

Gorgeous girl! I'd try cropping a little closer and try it in B&W. That smoothes out the skin a little more (babies don't always have perfect skin like you'd think!)
