Carmel Trip
I'm new here on the forum, but I do enjoy sharing photos, particularly of trips. I mostly do motorcycle trips, but I thought I would start with a trip that my wife and I made to Carmel two years ago. There was a high number of what I think are good photos. Interested in any feedback or thoughts. . . .
Any trip up or down the central California coast must include a stop at the Piedras Blancas Elephant Seal Rookery.
This trip was before I had a bike. I haven't been back here in a car since.
Central California coast.
Carmel is one our favorite places to visit, and a photographer's dream, especially if you just like to wander around with a camera and find images. For what it's worth, Carmel also has a very respectable independent photo retailer besides.

That's it--it was a great trip. We're headed over to the coast this weekend for the wife's birthday. May go through San Simeon and take a few shots.
Thanks for reading. Rest of the photos are here.

I've been promised one in early December...
Carmel is fascinating. I need to take some time to go thru some of the "back roads" like you did. You got some nice images and different from the usual touristy ones.
