Accessing Web Site

No matter how many times I clear my cache, I am rarely able to access my website, my site with the controls. 95% of the time, even though I type in my private address, I am taken to the public page. I can get through via smugmug.com, logging in, etc. but this is a pain. Does anyone else have this problem? What to do?
