A Proposal

After getting rid of Grapes vine our garage is looking so odd ;-(
I came up with a proposal to plant this flower vine what do you say.

    Wonderful light in the shot Awais. I'm sure a bougainvillea would look lovely (you can get orange coloured ones as well)

    AWESOME shot Awais.....and I say go for it...plant it and watch it grow and bloom and then there will be many more photo ops from this vine....

    YES!! This plant has lots of thorns!! I have two that I planted to serve as a background/backdrop for some photos, but so far all I have are huge green bushes....they say, drought makes them flower, we have had too much rain for them to be able to bloom!

    These are beautiful plants/bushes/trees!


    Wonderful photo of the flower that they produce!! I have this color in my backyard......I do want a white one too!!

    Bougainvilla is my favorite vine...I love all the colors. Sometimes they are slow to get established and take awhile to grow. But once they get going, keep your pruning shears hand as they grow like gangbusters!!!! Yes........very thorny and painful!!! Wonderful shot, Awais! :D

    Great thought awais thumb.gif Nicely photographed. Those plants are absolutely everywhere here also. They flower much better if they are not watered & thus with our current drought they appear to be on fire everywhere. Everything is looking drab & dead but these give a smash of colour inbetween.

    If you have a gardener then yeah go ahead and plant the boganvilla otherwise avoid it... It has got some of the nastiest thorns that itch for days and cut you up when you try to trim them. They are everywhere here in Phoenix (hot and arid like Pakistan) and they are very pretty, but man they grow like weeds.

    This is wonderful forum with wonderful people i hardly open anyother web so i have nothing to do anything else now it is 2:43 AM i will be here upto 4 Am then go to sleep after prayers :D
