1st at the scene(Ever happen to you?)

Well anyone ever have this happen to ya? :rolleyes

We were out scouting for fall foliage photo's when we saw this accident happen in front of us.

No one was seriously hurt and since I had the camera setup with my 28-70mm I took several pics at diff angles.
I made sure to tell the Police in case they are ever needed for a court case. :dunno

This is the 1st 2 shots I took.....others I'll keep on backup just in case!

I take it that the gash in the trucks side was NOT a result of the accident....or was the crash hard enuff to cause it to turn around and be hit in different places.....also Penske was not involved was it...doesn't look like it.

No the gash is typical New York State rust!!
PU tried to beat the car and turn up the road the Penske truck was coming down.
Didn't make it....turned the PU truck right around. He was at fault naturally!

The Penske truck had a few scratches on the bumper and bent it a lil is all.

Hope the Penske driver got the insurance otherwise it's going to get ugly
