Howdy guys!
A few days ago, my brother Patric and his stephdaughter Isabelle stoped by, asking me to snap a few portraits of Isabelle. When done, she asked me to do some retouch, because she has quite a bit of youth related skinproblems. So I did and she was happy! :thumb

Then just for the fun of it, and in lack of something more important to do, I pushed it as far as I could, trying to make her skin look as "perfect" as possible, without completely whiping out all skin structure. Being away from the computer a while, and looking at the pic again, I think I went a little to far. What do ya think? C&C are welcome! :bow

    Matty,

the photo has a strong yellow tone to it, when that is corrected her cheeks get more natural colour, which in return makes the digital make-up less obvious.

I do think you went a smidge too far, but man that's a very nice portrait. You've got a lot of talent, my friend.

I think for what it is and what she asked you to do this is a really great photo...not too far at all. Now if you do this to every single person you shoot that may be to far lol. Love a good glamour shot every once in a while though :)

I think it looks great! How about a quick tutorial on the steps you took to get there?

    Thanks!
