I took a nice little nature walk w/ my family on Sunday and managed a few decent shots. I wish a had time to wait for an open butterfly shot but I was being left behind!

C&C Welcome :D

Solution for not being left behind .....get them all a digital camera rolleyes1.gif
Great colours you've captured in these shots, the butterfly shots are great.
I see you found yourself a bee, and those seeds look like they are from a plant that we call here a Swan Bush, the Monarchs love them.

Very nice work Charla clap.gif thanks for sharing.... Skippy (Australia)

I appreciate the comments Skippy & Andrea :D

I was very happy with the butterfly shots, this was my first successful attempt at shooting "wild" butterflies. mwink.gif

Thanks for the tips on keeping the family close by Skippy. I kept having to tell my boys "Let me go first" so they wouldn't scare off all the good critters. My husband has a very good eye for spotting wildlife and he pointed this Doe out to me.

She hustled out of there pretty quick, wasn't to fond of us interrupting her rest. :D
