Hi - recently returned from a trip to beautiful Finland. Came across this wolf roaming in the extensive forests.

Thought I'd put my newly acquired Nikkor 18-200VR lens into action.

Cheers - Herman

Wolves are like Bald Eagles to me. Any shot is a good shot. The colors in this one are terrific.thumb.gif

That is a spectacular image! clap.gif

I just got a 18-200 VR and love it. You cannot always be prepared with a tripod or be lucky to have have strong light to get a shot like that with a non-VR lens.

Is it just me or is this image severly pixelated and weird color cast to pixels?

Seems there was a "jpg compression" problem. Here is another attempt....
