Also wanted to get a nice shot of the moon this evening since it's closer than usual and full today. But I'm not a good moon photog! This is the best I could come up with. I included part of a pine tree that you see in the photo. Looks kinda neat I guess

The grass is great. I would have thought it was pampas grass, or maybe that's just another name for it. It's called susuki here in Japan, if it's the same type. (Not suzuki ).

With moonshots, I think the method is to use quite a fast shutter speed - remember, it's a bright object!
