    Nice.

I like the warm light of the Yates shot.

I've seen (and taken) shots like the top one for drag racing. But that's pretty unique for roadracing.

My suggestion would be to crop the red armco from the top one.

What do you guys think of the ticket-holder views at Mid-Ohio? How would your shots be different if you had media access?

Yeah, keep 'em coming! I like the #1 shot followed by the Corona Twins.

I only had a paddock pass at Mid-Ohio but with long lenses I think the views are pretty good. I would prefer that they had less "hurricane" fencing but there's probably plenty of reasons why they have them.

My biggest complaint was that many of the turns have embankments around them...so even if you seem physically close to the track, you still end up losing the bottom half of the wheels or the rider's knees behind the ground (which rises rather steeply from the track).

All in all it was a treat coming from the desert into an area with colored trees and lush grass!!

For me, media access would be getting a better angle on some of the corners. Mid Ohio's fencing blocks a lot of spectator shots. I was at VIR this year and had a great time. Media access there has closer access, but I could shoot the same corners.
