Nice shot.

I think a tighter crop about the stream and the two main trees just to the right would be a bit better (IMO).

Very nice job. I like it! Only suggestion would be to lighten up the stream a bit, but, very very nice!

The only thing I do not like is the edge of the stream isn't well defined.

Other than that, awesome shot! I really like the contrast between the leaf colors. I can't wait for autumn to be in full bloom!

On the edge of the stream; there was no defined edge per se, it had been raining for 3 days and it was over it's small bank. Now that it's gone down a bit, it's almost a trickle.
