Got this a few weeks back a few miles out from Morro Bay Ca.
This beg fellow swam circles around the boat for about an hour, what a blast.

Wow! What a shot. Very clear for what must have been a very long lens.

    Nice.
Land on your right foot. Don't forget it!

    good capture
    Hey Ed,

Love the tail action and the birds in the scene. Having tried shooting some dolphins last weekend I know these shots ain't that easy.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Today I've seen hawks, monkeys, a bald eagle and now a humpback whale, I haven't even left the office yet!
    Thanks, an amazing shot thumb.gif

Very nice shot thumb.gif Man, it must have been a tough one too. Not only were you probably using a telephoto, but you also had to contend with the motion of the boat. Good work clap.gif

I agree with Gubbs. This place is like a trip to the zoo, without leaving our chairs mwink.gif

    Whew!
Great Shot! I can't imagine what it would be like to have something that large swimming around a boat!
