    They would think these people had a love for the ocean and the things that live in the ocean, and how they all seem to be in balance, and then they would probably wonder why the powers that be poisoned it all with polution, and over fished it's fishing grounds, and killed the whales that swam gracefully in the deep blue ocean.......... yep they could dig deep and learn lots of things, probably way too late ...........just my thoughts :D

    The thought that strikes me is; "it won't last 10 years."
    If the graffiti artists don't get it, the developers will.

    they messed up the water so much all they could do is paint it :cry

    By the way this is the tunnel under PCH to get to Leo Carrillo Beach. Years ago before the State got involved we just called it the caves.
