Go Sit In The Corner101322874-M-1.jpg

Toby was reluctant to help me out with this shot. He is really a good dog.

Shot today with Canon 20d.

haha, too funny. Thats cute. I think I'd bump up the contrast a little on this shot though, I'd like to see whiter whites and blacker blacks.

funny shot. great idea. a little weak - might be worth a reshoot with a different angle, softer light ??

I knew, of course, that trees and plants had roots, stems, bark, branches and foliage that reached up toward the light. But I was coming to realize that the real magician was light itself.

    Cute concept.

I think the white dog against a white wall and door weakens the B&W conversion as there just is not enough contrast nor are there the subtle gray shades that help define the spaces. As is the dog blends into the background too much. I also think the flash is very harsh given the shadow the hat is casting and the overexposed background. You might want to try and reshoot this in a space with soft natural light and forgo the flash entirely.

I think there is a great shot here if you flesh it out a bit more.
