I can't see customer's order

I'm new here, and this may be a setting I have wrong, but a customer emailed me and mentioned she can't wait to see the prints she ordered [on Mon Oct 9]. On my side, it says I have zero sales. Her order would have been my first.
How can I see her order? Is there a chance it didn't go through, in which case I want to recover the fumble ASAP?
thanks

hi Lynne,
If you can give me either
a) the order number
b) the customer's name, and / or email address
c) the gallery from which they ordered
I can help you.
You can send any of this to help@smugmug.com ATTN Andy

Well, I found it. The reason you don't get notified, is that you've no custom pro pricing set for this gallery, so your customer ordered at default prices (cost). There's no profit on the order.
Here's our section on Setting Print Prices:

Please let me know if you have questions.

Thanks Andy! I'm not too worried about that. I'm just glad her order didn't get lost.
