Backgrounds

I'm addicted to portraits now. Got a coupla stands, three strobes, a coupla umbrellas, and now it's time for a background. But there are SOOOO many choices. I'm thinking a collapsable would be the easiest to deal with, because I won't really need stands and a boom...just a roll of gaffer's tape.

Any suggestions?

Go down to K&S and rent a cloth background. The rentals are somewhat limited
but they'll give you a catalog to pick from. But this would allow you to try a
    few first.

I'd get a cloth one. If you want to drape it over a stand or chair, you'll
    have enough.

Alternatively, you could shoot with a paper background for a while (comes in
    roll form).
