Looking for some spots in/around Houston

I'm trying to find some cozy spots around houston to do portraits. I'm hoping to find some parks (besides Mercer) that might have some good backgrounds. Does anyone know of any?

    There's a couple of locations around Hermann Park, including the Japanese Garden, and the Garden Center.

    The "Wall of Water" near the Galleria.
