Hi - saw this "Harley Davidson" parked at Santa's Village, Rovaniemi, Finland.
Perhaps this is Santa's secret mode of transport when there is a lack of snow!

    I rode through there in 2005 on the E75, i remember along that road it suddenly openend up to the width of a wide motoway for about maybe 3 miles i was told later that it was a runway for the Finnish air force also there was a great twisty stretch of road following the edge of a lake, it was a great felling crossing the Actic circle
