Aleutian eagles

Bald eagles on Unalaska Island (Aleutian Islands, Alaska--on the shores of the Bering Sea). All photos hand-held, in natural light. I took these jpgs when I was new to digital photography, before I knew that RAW could have given me more depth on those white feathers against the darker colors, especially in the last photo.

    Incredible BIFs. The colors are very good regardless if it is jpeg or RAW. Very, very nice!
