I stood on the peir while the sun went down, alternating sides and shooting the shore behind as well as into the sunset. I filled a card plus, am not sure I got the sunset shot I wanted, but am really pleased with the sweet light on the above pics. My family waited in the van for me to 'get on with it'...:rofl I took about an hour til I was satisfied I'd seen all good opps.

Ann - Sweet light no doubt in 1 & 2, nothing looks better than that warm color. In image 3 is that the moon in the upper left hand corner?

Thanks, Todd. Yes, that is the moon in the last shot and technically not sweet light. Timing was great for us in that the harvest moon was happening so the moon rise would coincide really nicely with the setting sun.

Mmmmm.... sweet light in 1 & 2. Perhaps #2 could be a little less centered, but I like them both.
