Fall's here so these will be all gone for a while. What will I do without flowers?

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

I really like your simple composition and DOF on the second shot. But I think it looks slightly cool. Try a warming filter and see if you like it. That is a small nit, it still looks good as is.

Glad you all like them. I try the filter idea and see what happens.

As suggested, here is the same warmed up a bit. The pink in the flowers comes out a lot more now.

    Thanks for the suggestion.

The Little Princess is a very small flower...so it is difficult to get much detail. I have eight of these plants in my front yard. They take very well to pruning and are one of my favorites.:D

Yeah..that whole clump probably measured about 1 inch across. By next year I hope to have a macro lens to see if I can get more details.
