I went for a walk on saturday and took a couple of shots. Nothing spectacular but I thought I'd share.

There is a little bit of color and the rising sun helped to bring it out.

Horrible shot but I have never seen a woodpecker eating berries before.

This guy followed me for at least 20 minutes so I had to take his picture. 560mm at 1/40th sec!

And two shots of some fungus I thought looked OK.

    Great series, well done!

I like the first and the last the most.

    Thanks for sharing.

Looks like a fine walk Nick. Its easy to get shots when you have lots of targets, it takes real skill to get excellent results in a less target rich environment.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
