Ta all. It macros well for a little camera but i am starting to think how much crisper a DSLR & marco lens could chop at it.
'gus - Your macros are stunning..... Great eye for color and pattern. You should have been an artist.
I doubt your images will be improved with a different camera much at all. The thought of you wandering around loose on the world with a DSLR is staggering.
Some of us try to stay awake to keep you company, but it i IS hard when we have to go to work next morning:D
What city is it that you abide in? It is certainly lovely. Well done 'gus!!

A DSLR is a better choice at 500mm - I agree - but don't forget that you will also need a good tripod to hold that 500 on target.
I thought you were up in the NorthWest coast for some reason. Brisbane looks lovely. I'll have to read some more about it.
